I'm an incoming Assistant Professor of Computer Science at UC Irvine, starting January 2027, where I'll be recruiting PhD students. My research develops pragmatic conversational AI that can adapt to different people, ground language in multimodal context, and communicate over extended interactions. I also maintain tsnecuda and µstat.
